Being an experienced leader in the underground construction industry and Co-owner of Ladtech, Inc. with partner and husband Dwight Wiedrich. It’s probably easy to guess how our company developed its name, LADTECH, Lana and Dwight.
We teamed up in 1995 founding LADTECH, INC., then big changes began to occur. With Dwight’s tenacious drive to market his innovative adjustment rings to the National Underground Industry and my drive to effectively set up our company operations & marketing program, we were able to move from dreams of entrepreneurship into a reality. I have found entrepreneurship to be the most intensive personal development experience I have lived through. With both of us coming out of completely different industries and joining our forces, we strived for success and became the power couple you see today.

How did we do it?
It is important to Identifying your ‘Why’ and then create an alignment with your life’s goals so you can be, do, create and experience the life you love. “Every day you go to work, walk through the doors with the eyes of your customer, if you do this, you will always be successful. You just need to believe in yourself and what you are selling and get ready for the hard work”.
My professional career started as a creative in the Salon & Beauty Industry. I worked behind a chair as an educator as well as managed facets of advertising. During those formative years I obtained my degree in Business development and Marketing. My passions out-side of career are wrapped around quality family time and spending as much relaxation time as possible in my art studio creating what Dwight calls ‘Magic’
Partnering with Dwight 30 plus years ago, whom came out of the construction and manhole sales and I just coming into a man’s industry did have its share of challenges when growing Ladtech, Inc. I had to take plenty of time to understand the industry with patients, hard work, perseverance and making sure I have always had a commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and excellence taking care of my business and customer commitments. This attitude has proven my credibility on all aspects of our company and with Industry leaders & business associates.
There are just a few secrets I chose to implement to achieve success. ” Have your dreams and don’t lose them, Laugh and find humor every day”. I aspire to redefine a leader’s approach to their roles and responsibilities, hoping to instill a proactive and impactful mindset. This involves empowering individuals to lead effectively in whatever role they play within our business. I just want to keep evolving!
While observing Ladtech’s steady growth, it’s been the most fun to witness the excitement and enthusiasm from our Representatives and end-users from all over the country and Canada and beyond, this has been a reward in itself. These companies along with Ladtech are part of a paradigm movement that has entered into the new green age utilizing recycled materials. I envision Ladtech, Inc. strategies shaping a new era of leadership that will bring out positive and sustainable change for the future.
Ladtech, Inc. is continuing to grow and is a legitimate force in the underground industry, we as owners will always remember to appreciate the service and dedication our amazing team members have contributed to the growth of Ladtech. I believe Ladtech has been a role model for young companies and certainly women breaking into age-old industries, and I am proud to have been part of this innovative & pioneered company.
